Primelocation becomes hot property for hot properties.

Author: Rachel Lane

Primelocation ( http://www.primelocation.com ), a leading online estate agent based in London have taken on a television advertising campaign, which kicks off this month.

The campaign, which features a voice over from Terence Stamp, will run for a month on certain regional networks for ITV, Channel Four and Five, targeting the consumer market segments A, B and C1 # (7.5 million people) through short clips at peak evening times.

The campaign will endorse the diversity of the property listings, showing the scale and breadth of the property market, UK and abroad. The selection of properties advertised by the property website includes town houses, country houses, flats, new homes and overseas estates. The Primelocation strapline 'Primelocation.comdon't move home without it', is reinforced throughout the clips.

The autumn campaign aims to increase brand awareness and extend visitor traffic to the Primelocation website. If the campaign is a success it is likely that Primelocation will roll out the advertisements on a national basis.

Over the last two years, Primelocation has increased its exposure into mainstream markets, reflected in the growth of estate agents and properties signed up to the website. Last month, the website had attracted 1,434 estate firms comprising 2,810 offices and over 165,000 properties in total. Over the last three months, the online property expert has witnessed a 25% growth in its membership, with the signing of new agents keen to reap the benefits of the autumn campaign.
